I was thankfully looked after very well by Ervan Woo and his team on one of the most important days of my life. His professionalism, knowledge, humour and good-nature makes his service a winning combination and I felt that every query I had was properly solved. The preparation was outstanding and despite the fact that I had only hired him for hair and make-up he had the ability to offer many skills at his disposal. In the lead up to the wedding he had also created my wedding veil and an extra veil for our specific Filipino Catholic ceremony (which was last minute I might add). The hair and make-up trial was easy as Ervan would discuss and test what I had envisioned as my chosen look but was not afraid to be honest about what wouldn’t work. On the day of the wedding he bravely showed up with his assistants at 4.30 in the morning. I had requested that 7 adults and 2 children needed hair and makeup. He managed to squeeze in my other aunty and a friend of mine ON TOP of that workload. I don’t know how he did it. I could barely keep my eyes open, but when I did open them, I felt that I looked stunning and from that moment I didn’t worry. Ervan, thankyou again to you and your fabulous team, I look back on that day with amazement and relief! If not for you I would not have been able to pull that off. You are just wonderful.
